Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

I found the location ideal. I could easily walk to the main tourist attractions and a City Sightseeing bus stop was nearby. The staff showed me the map and pointed out all the important sites, helpful. My room was cleaned daily. It was lovely to return to a tidy space. I had a beautiful room off of the central courtyard on the ground floor.
The absence of soundproofing in the rooms impacted the stay. Noise from other guests and plumbing was quite audible.

I loved how close I was to everything.. it made exploring so easy. The staff gave me great tips and directions. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day, a detail I always appreciate. I liked my room, it was on the ground floor opening onto the beautiful central courtyard.
The walls seemed quite thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms.

Breakfast had many options and was included. The hotel offers a little bar, attached to the hotel, where you can buy a cup of coffee or other drink, should you desire a quick beverage.

the staff was helpful. they provided a map and pointed out key sites.
The air conditioning did not work. I found this unacceptable . the furniture was quite old, causing noise from sliding late at night, which disrupted my sleep. i found the bidet in the small bathroom excessive. A kettle would have been more practical

The location is excellent for exploring historic sites. The walls of the Mezquita were just outside my window in the Double Room. There is a nice coffee shop nearby with pastry items. The room had good size, it was clean and warm.
The centrally controlled air conditioning was uncomfortably cold at night. I was literally freezing.
